What qualification do I receive?
Upon course completion, candidates who succeed will receive a Highfield Awarding Body accreditation certificate. This certificate remains valid for three years.
What is covered?
The course covers first aider roles, assessing incidents, CPR, AED use, helping choking victims, managing bleeding, and handling shock.
After completing it, you’ll have the skills and confidence to assist with various emergencies. You’ll also learn to assess casualties, handle electrical incidents, and more. The assessment includes practical demonstrations and a multiple-choice test.
