Training for individuals?
We provide weekend shunter training at our Bromborough site. Please be aware that the training involves a standard Class 1 tractor unit, not a Terberg.
What qualification do I receive?
After completing the course, candidates receive an RTITB certificate valid for three years, with a recommended renewal every 3 years.

This comprehensive course covers essential topics, including yard shunter vehicle controls and operation, safe vehicle maneuvering and positioning, effective hazard identification and risk assessment, yard shunting safety protocols, vehicle inspections and maintenance best practices, adherence to regulatory requirements and legal obligations, and hands-on practical training and assessment.
Minimum Requirement:
Candidates must possess a standard car license (B category) as a minimum requirement to participate in this training.
