Who can take this course?
This course is ideal for professionals seeking to lead process improvement projects or assist Black Belt leaders. A Yellow Belt certification is required to enrol. If you don’t have one, we offer combined Yellow & Green Belt courses—learn more here.
How long will it take?
The Green Belt training takes three days, offering comprehensive instruction in Lean Six Sigma tools and strategies.
Course location?
We deliver Green Belt training in-person across the UK at client sites. For individuals, we also offer open courses at our training centre in the Wirral.
What Qualification Do I Receive and What Are the Requirements?
Upon completion, you will receive a CPD Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, recognising your ability to lead process improvement projects.
