Overview
Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt Combined Course is designed for professionals looking for an intensive, fast-tracked route to achieving Green Belt certification. Over five consecutive days, candidates will first complete Yellow Belt training before advancing to the Green Belt course). This accelerated format provides a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies.
Who can take this course?
This course is ideal for individuals who want to rapidly develop their Lean Six Sigma expertise and take an active role in business improvement projects. No prior experience is required, though attendees should be prepared for an intense learning experience.
Important: Due to the fast-paced nature of this course, we strongly recommend carefully selecting candidates who have the capability and commitment to absorb the material effectively.
How long will it take?
The combined Yellow & Green Belt course runs for five consecutive days:
- Days 1-2: Yellow Belt training, covering fundamental Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Days 3-5: Green Belt training, where candidates learn advanced methodologies, data-driven problem-solving, and leadership skills for process improvement projects.
Course location?
We deliver Green Belt training in-person across the UK at client sites. For individuals, we also offer open courses at our training centre in the Wirral.
What Qualification Do I Receive and What Are the Requirements?
Upon completion, you will receive a CPD Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, recognising your ability to lead process improvement projects.
