What is IOSH?
IOSH is a UK based organisation, and is the chartered body for health and safety. They are the largest in the world and they aim to raise standards and regulate the profession. The IOSH promote the highest standard of health and safety training and are committed to ensuring that work places around the world remain safe, healthy, and sustainable.
Each year, around 100,000 employees gain an IOSH certificate. They provide health and safety courses for employees on all levels.
What IOSH courses do we provide?
We offer the following IOSH courses in Cheshire:
- IOSH Working Safely – A one day course aimed at employees in any industry. This course provides candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand the importance of health and safety within the work place.
- IOSH Managing Safely – A four day course aimed at managers and supervisors in any sector. Provides candidates with the skills necessary to manage health and safety within their teams. The course covers managing and identifying risks and hazards, accident investigation and measuring performance.
We also provide refreshers courses which allow attendees to upgrade and refresh their knowledge of health and safety requirements within the work place.
Our IOSH courses are both interactive and informative, as well as being completely jargon free. Candidates will be provided with a workbook to assist them both during and after the IOSH training course.
