Mental Health First Aid Training In Wirral
Mental Health is just as important as physical health. There is no reason why someone who is mentally unwell should be less likely to receive first aid than someone who is physically unwell.
The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England is a social enterprise offering expert guidance and training to support those who are struggling with their mental health. The MHFA want to diminish the stigma surrounding mental health and aim to get people talking. The mental health training program has been designed to help people seek support and speak freely about their struggles. The MHFA has a mission to train one in ten people in mental health first aid skills.
At TL Training, we are also passionate about mental health and want to banish the stigma. We feel that encouraging people to discuss their mental health promotes early intervention which will then lead to recovery.
