I attended an IOSH course last week which was outstanding from placing the booking to the end of the course. Amy Ashton was the lady i spoke to originally, very professional, clear, concise, friendly, cost effective, efficient. Peter O'Neill was the course trainer - amazing man, personable, professional, intelligent, lots of examples given, easy to follow guidance, fun without being cheesy and learnt so much from this course because it was professional but relaxed which made us all feel at ease. Workbook and education amazing, could not recommend this company enough, fantastic :)

Working in a local Primary School, getting good quality, local first aid training is important. We have used TL Training for a number of years and they have always been the best provider for us. The booking process is straight forward. They are always quick to answer questions no matter how silly the question seems. During this current pandemic TL Training have really gone above and beyond to put the minds of staff attending the training at ease. The list of changes they made to make everyone attending the course feel safe was excellent. All staff attending the training said that they felt safe and the quality of training was better than ever.

Recently did my counterbalance training here, can't recommend them enough! Wayne was our instructor and he did a top job. Everything was well structured and explained clearly. He taught us all the safety and techniques we needed to know and kept it interesting from start to finish.

Completed my novice counterbalance course with TL , all the staff are friendly and helpful in particular Wayne who was my instructor for the week , he was so easy to get along with and made the course very enjoyable and ensured I was confident going into the test. I highly recommend using TL training.

Boss sent me on a CPC course here, was told that it was passed onto another company because they couldn't facilitate it. Poor communication from the company in the emails they sent out with no instructions of this.

Top guys, easy to understand instructions well mannered made my training an absolute breeze for a 1 day conversion from counter balance to reach. Encouraging in the right way, professional and a good laugh too. I enjoyed and will return should I require further training

Completed my novice fork lift truck training thanks to Wayne jones my instructor who was very knowledgeable and friendly I always get very nervous when doing courses like these Wayne put me at ease strait away thanks wayne👍🏻also met Rob the other instructor who was very friendly. Who is getting the coffee in then 😉

I've got my FLT truck license as novice here, so I'd like to thanks David C. and the staff in the offices for their kindness and for answering all my questions in a timely manner. A gigantic thank you to Wayne J. my instructor for teaching us a lot of extra information and useful tricks making the course pleasant and relaxed. It has been clear from day one that he is a very skilled and professional person that does this job with passion and he is the first one to be happy when its pupils improve day by day. I definitely recommend this training centre and it will be my first choice for my future courses.

Did a 2 day counterbalance existing operator course.Absolutely fantastic trainer! Wayne was very very good at explaining the techniques and the reasons behind them. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Looking forward to doing my instructors course soon.

Had my counterbalance training this week. Passed it today which very pleased with, instructor wayne was outstanding throughout the week very nice guy and teaching technique was impeccable. Couldn't fault the trainer or week of learning. 1 day reach truck course Monday hoping it will be as good as it has been this week. Thanks again Wayne and TL Training.

Attended all 5 modules here for CPC.( First class instructor,and yes you do learn something new all of the time ) CPC is not a waste of time, it reinforces what the experienced and not so experienced truck driver already knows and you are updated on current legislation. I attended the 3 day First Aid at Work course with TL Training and found it really informative. The instructor was fantastic and made the course really interesting and relatable. I would definitely recommend TL Training for all of your first aid training requirements.

I’ve just completed a five day Driver CPC training course with TL Training this is the second time I’ve taken the course with them so I’m good to go now for another five years . I came over from Ireland to use TL Training as I remember from years ago that the trainer Simon Paxton was probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met to do with LGV/HGV vehiclesAnd I’d just like to say I would wholeheartedly recommend Simon and TL Training to anyone thinking of taking there Drivers CPC Course or any other Related Driver training so thank you for a pleasant week of training and All the Best from Mark Cleary

If you're aiming to pursue a career in HGV driving then I recommend using TL training. The whole experience can seem rather overwhelming at first as there are lots of things to organise prior to any training such as medicals, theory tests etc. The office staff particularly Amy help you to understand the structure of it all and help guide you through it smoothly. I used TL training for my Class 2 and CPC, once I passed and enrolled straight onto Class 1 training. The instructor Paul is fantastic at his job and has a wealth of experience and is very professional. The girls in the office promote a positive ethos and are very friendly. I am happy to say that I am now a Class 1 driver and can embark on my new career!Thanks TL Training!! 👏🏼

I have just completed my cpc training, class 2 and class 1 with TL Training,3 weeks altogether and I'm finished.Plus I passed my class 1&2 on my first tries, and it was all thanks to the professionalism of TL Training,Especially Paul Rigby the trainer, he was fantastic, shown me everything I needed to know.The girls in the office were brilliant, Jeanette was amazing with me, sorted everything for me, I did not need to do a thing, it was all sorted for me.Thanks guys, thanks to TL Training for such an easy experience when I thought it was going to be so tough, and thankfully it was not.

I did a weeks training for my CPC. Expected death by powerpoint but it was really interesting. Simon Paxton was our trainer and he is very knowledgeable and gave real life stories of things we were learning. Spent extra time for me understanding tacho and working time directive. Would highly recommend LT Training. Will be using them in future for my renewal of the card.Thanks also to Amy and the behind the scenes staff. Made the whole thing easy from start to finish. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks again :)

I'm currently doing my training and my trainer is brilliant he isnt rushing me or pressureing me he is following proceedure instead of rushing the course to get everyone through I'm learning the understandings of how a forklift works and the theory side of things couldnt be more greatful for having Phil as my instructor just brilliant

TL Training are absolutely amazing at what they do, cannot fault them one bit at all. All the office staff are nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. The new instructor is excellent and really knowledgable, and patience too. He helped through to pass my Catagory C+E license. I would not hesitate to recommend TL Training to anyone who is looking to undertake their HGV-LGV Licences.

After deciding to have a career change from teaching I opted to go for my HGV! After phoning round 4 training companies I came across TLTraining and after speaking to Jeanette who was helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable I just had to go with them. From day one they were amazing! I started in the Easter school holidays doing my class 2 ( c) rigid with Craig Farnsworth. I had NO idea what to expect. From day 1 he made me feel relaxed and important! After 4 days training I was ready to do my test on the 5th day..... I PASSED first time due to his instruction and professional manner.Knowing I wanted to do my Class 1 (C+E) artic I booked in straight away, again with Craig. He was brilliant ( I'm not the easiest of people!) Again, Craig was patient and professional. After my training it's safe to say I PASSED! With only 3 minors !I would like to say to ALL involved in my training that you are all a credit to your company and Boss. A fabulous well oiled team!Craig, Jeanette, Amy, Karen and Claire you've all taken a part in helping me set up my new career and giving me the confidence to achieve and to that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.Thank you5* Training CompanyI hope to do more training with yourselvesFLT I think may be next along with a few others you do !!!
