This course is designed for those teaching others to lift, move and handle objects safely and effectively. The course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to deliver Manual Handling Training confidently and comfortably.
The Manual Handling Instructor Training is perfect for managers, supervisors, instructors, safety professionals and training officers. You will work with our educators to ensure you are completely competent and have the most recent knowledge and information from the appropriate legislation. The Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) is the main piece of legislation governing health and safety within the workplace. A key aspect of this legislation is to ensure that your staff are given the correct level of information and training.
Upon completion of this course, you will have developed the ability to pass on vital skills to ensure delegates can safely handle items and objects within the workplace. You will be able to demonstrate safe practice using a range of techniques.
